Well I know you understand the importance of having a healthy lifestyle, but it may be difficult to pass up those high calorie foods! It just taste so good right, but I know there is a better way to eat and still enjoy life :-) I like to find ways to "cut corners" with calories! Try using mustard on sandwiches instead of mayo. Splenda instead of regular sugar. Purchase the individually wrapped ice cream cups instead of the tub of ice cream. 3 Musketeer or Peppermint Pattie instead of a twix or snickers! Twizzlers are one of my favorites. A bag of carrots, raisins and grapes are such a refreshing snack. Ground turkey instead of ground beef. Remove sodas from your diet to include diet sodas and replace those with water or crystal light. Take the stairs instead of waiting forever for the elevator. Park further back in the parking lot instead of wasting valuable time waiting for a closer spot :-) These are just a few ideas on how to cut calorie corners. I hope this information was helpful.

I have discovered a great way to really accumulate money unexpectedly! I placed a shoebox on my dresser and threw my change in it everytime I got a chance. So after a month I decided to take all of my change to a bank and cash it in. Well I was thinking that I would only get back a few bucks, but it turned out it was a little over $40.00! WOW! Just looking at the shoebox my change didn't look like much at all, but I had enough to run to the grocery store:-) Money really matters! I hope this was helpful information.

Don't you just love muscle cars! This year the mustang 5.0 is back and in effect! This car absolutely looks great. The engine is not as loud as the older version but trust me the kick back is just the same! The new 5.0 was designed to better handle the road, especially the sharp curves and bends on the road. Oh and the engine will keep you smiling from ear to ear :-) Make sure you are using the best oil for this American legend and that you give proper maintenance when needed. See you on the road! I know in today's world most of our music is downloaded to our ipods and mp3 players. However there are some of us who are holding on to music cd's for dear life. Ahhhhh those "back in the day moments". You would love to play your cd, but it keeps getting stuck right in the middle of your favorite song because your cd is scratched. I have the perfect idea for you. Here is a quick inexpensive way to clean your cds so they will play! You will need two common household items; toothpaste and your toothbrush. First wet the cd with a little warm water, then add your toothpaste. Gently rotate your toothbrush in small circles over your entire cd (the shiny side). Rinse, dry, and place back into your cd player. Now you can sing along without a glitch. Who would ever think those household items would do the trick.
